1. All bought item(s) CAN NOT be returned or exchanged unless a damaged product is shipped from the origin (this would be a rare occurrence and has never happened yet). We make sure that the product being shipped is in perfect condition and is the exact size chosen by the customer.  We do not take responsibility of damages occurred after the package is handed over to shipping company.
